Have you ever been in a job where you've been bullied? Where your boss or a fellow co-worker tries to micromanage and really gets on your nerves? Bullying in the workplace isn't as easy to define or indicate. It's defined as sabotage by others that prevent work from getting done, verbal abuse, intimidation, and humiliation (Workplace Bullying Institute and Zogby International).
There are different bullies such as type A who are competitive and get frustrated and verbally abusive which a lot of people experience. To combat bullying in the workplace with these people, there are legal rules set into place and options in which you as a victim can let management know.
